CANCELATION & REFUND

You can cancel your membership within 24 h from 1st payment only.

To cancel your membership, please submit your request through email on : info@evoxclubs.com and our team will respond to your request.

Once they confirm the cancelation, we will proceed the refund to your account within 7 to 14 working days based on your payment methods.

If you purchase pre-sale membership, you can cancel it with in 24h from the opening date .

 

FREEZING POLICY

Unfortunately, freezing is only available for future periods starting from the date of the request Submitted

We have freezing policy based on types of your membership

3-Month Membership- 3 Weeks

6 Month Membership- 6 Weeks

12-Month Membership- 12 Weeks

To apply freeze, you need to login to you  profile in app , membership then click on freeze contract.

Freeze can be done by weeks only week by week so if you need to freeze more than 1 week process should be reapeated

OUR CLASSES

You first need to have active  membership at Evox Club  and follow below steps :

  • Login to your account at Evox App.
  • Navigate to Group Class Category
  • Select the class and click on book to reserve your slot.

 

Please note that booking for classes open 23H ahead of class time.

Additionally waiting list will be available for listing incase any member couldn’t show up or cancelled their booking before the class start .

We have limited capacity for each class hence it’s really important to be there 10 min ahead of class time and in-case no show we will automatically enroll members from waiting list

 

We offer wide variety of workout classe and all are included in membership such as pilates ( Mat & Reformer ) , Yoga, Zumba along with LesMill Classes

OUR GYMS

Our membership allow access for all evox clubs unless you purchase home club membership that allows only for the club of membership purchased

Evox Club offers a wide range of facilities, including state-of-the-art workout equipment, group fitness classes ( including reformer Pilates )

Also based on club you visit you will find different service available like sauna , pool in Jeddah branch

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

You have unlimited access to all services and facilities, including workout spaces and group classes meanwhile it shall be as per the T&C of booking and availabilities

If you’re new, you’ll receive a complimentary induction session with our personal trainer to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.

We offer upfront payment memberships for 3, 6 & 12 Months

Your membership is activated immediately upon completion of payment, allowing you immediate access to our gym.

If you join under a pre-opening (Founding Offer), your membership will be activated on the opening date.
