ZUMBA

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness

BOXING

Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks, and
uppercuts, while working at an intense pace. A great and fun way to do your weekly
cardio! Knock out those extra calories!

YOGA

A slow vinyasa flow focused on deep breathing and holding poses. Incorporating
breath with movement and mindfulness. Suitable to learn Yoga poses, alignment
and flow, and improve both strength and flexibility. For all levels.

RIDING

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor
takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

TRX SUSPENSION

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises
to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

SPRINT

A high energy group cycle workout that combines hill climbs, flat terrains, mountain peaks, and time trials. This interval training programme rides to the rhythm of powerful music increasing cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance.

REFORMER PILATES

The reformer-based group Pilates classes are complemented by, TRX®,
EXO-chair, Bosu and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability.
A consistent Pilates practice improves your posture, strengthens your core and
corrects muscle imbalances, creating a strong foundation for movement

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that
focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

CORE

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles. Focusing
on your abdominal and lower back muscles. This includes twisting, crunches, planks,
among other core exercises with and without equipment. Bring those 6-packs alive! ‘

GRIT CARDIO

LES MILLS GRIT ™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training
(HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes
calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides
the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

BOXING

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape, and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health

BODY COMBAT

In the BODYCOMBAT classes, you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. These high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
